A new site to help communicate information and care coordination between family and others caring for your loved one, which debuted in February, 2012. CareZone is a private service cofounded by Sun Microsystems former CEO Jonathan Schwartz. One year free, then pay $5 monthly or $48 per year (prepaid), per person you are caring for.
You can have conversations among all the caregivers to coordinate doctor visits, track medications, archive important documents (living wills and powers of attorney), and keep everyone informed of just what’s going on in one place. The information is available to those you designate anytime, anywhere they might be located. There is no limit to the number of members you add to each group.
